The Sales Administrative Assistant (Sales Admin) is an administrative role within the sales department of STW Technic, LP.  The Sales Admin will perform the following functions:

  1. Support the Sales Engineers and Inside Technical Sales administratively
  2. Coordinate customer visits
  3. Respond to customer or prospect requests
  4. Set up customers in our ERP system
  5. Complete preliminary new Customer Credit checks
  6. Prepare quotes
  7. Review incoming purchase orders
  8. Enter sales orders into ERP system
  9. Schedule and facilitate trade shows
  10. Help schedule and facilitate marketing events
  11. Help manage the STW Technic website
  12. Assist in or manage other STW Technic administrative tasks

The Sales Admin will need to have the following skills:

  1. Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, enthusiastic demeanor
  2. Strong ‘customer first’ orientation
  3. Good office computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  4. Aptitude for acquiring ERP skills
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills
  6. Strong writing and communication skills
