Safety Pressure Transmitter F02The pressure transmitter F02 has been especially designed for application in mobile machines. The EMC characteristics as well as the shock and vibration resistance are selected especially for this area of application. This facilitates application in challenging ambient conditions, such as in the field of mobile hydraulics. The F02 can be supplied for pressure ranges of 0 … 10 bar to 0 … 1,000 bar (up to 2,000 bar for common-rail applications); in the compensated temperature range, a total accuracy of 1% is reached. The max. permitted media temperature is 125ºC, the ambient temperature is max. 85 ºC. The parts coming into contact with media are made of stainless steel and guarantee, in combination with the welded thin-film measurement cell, maximum media compatibility. An optional damping unit can be integrated into the media access. The housing is of course made of stainless steel.

The F02 is suitable for safety-critical applications, which require a PLd (Cat.2) or SIL2-Level.
